time is dinner. black friday is really today, right? we're taking action to keep you safe while you're out there shopping. dan, i want to get some breaking news happening right now at 6:00. this is brand new. we have a viewer video just sent to us of a wrong-way driver on the loop 303 in northern. this came to a conclusion moments ago. it's the breaking news i've been talking about. justin pazera with more on what happened. >>reporter: yeah, hey good morning chris. we are making our way down the 303 right now. traffic is pretty light but just imagine right now a car coming at you the wrong way. pretty scary, right? that's exactly what happened on the 303 not long ago. a trooper coming very close to getting hit. but lets take a look at this viewer video that we got really showing that car going the wrong way down the 303. we have seen this time and time again. thankfully dps was able to pull

i want to show you a quick idea of what the meals are going to look like. look, they're really going to be doing it up pretty big and it smells delicious in here. they're getting ready to feed 1500 people here. the volunteers are going to deliver about 2200 meals across the valley and they have been preparing since tuesday. some chefs showing up at midnight. we're talking about 1500 pounds of stuffing, 1200 pounds of potatoes. 600 pounds of corn and cranberries and 470 pies to top it off. the executive chef says this is a labor of love for everybody involved. >> i like to share my gratitude whenever i can and thanksgiving day gives me that opportunity and same thing along with our staff here, they're here away from their family donating their time and helping us so we'll take pride in that.

striking pol oughts back to work. 250 pilots went on strike. they handle goods, not passenger service, citing poor working conditions. they walked off the job saying they didn't get enough time off. they fly for amazon and dhl. amazon went to court claiming the strike was causing the company harm. as you get ready to post pictures for the holidays, crooks are stealing your pictures. they use them to set up other profiles and they do it on dating websites. the experts say if you don't want your pictures stolen, doaft post them. if you can't go social media cold turkey, get off of it, use the strictest privacy setting. put water marks on your images by using free apps or a website. how's this for a throw back thursday? apple bringing back the flip phone? look at this.

back and big cool down and get into all of that hour by hour in a bit. i want to stick with some breaking news. dps investigating a wrong way driver in the west valley and the thipg is, it's brand new this morning and a driver caught the thing on video. lets watch with me here. watch the left-hand side of your screen. the lights are going the wrong way and i want to thank jackie m. for sending this to us. near grand avenue and the trooper was in the area at indian school. that trooper saw the wrong way vehicle heading right towards him. turns out the wrong way driver ended up slowing down and came to a stop right in front of the troopers car. that guy was arrested and the trooper was not hurt. more breaking news to tell you about overnight. a motorcycle crash in the west valley happened just after midnight near the loop 101 and northern. one person taken to the hospital. i have now been told the injuries are serious and they're in stable condition.

police are looking for black males. that's all they have told us. if you have any information about who might have done this, call silent witness. people in glendale believe that a trio of burg laster have been casing the area for a couple of weeks in plain sight. nobody thought twice about what they were doing. place say two men were setting up traffic cones in front of houses, backing a truck right up in the driveway so they could load up. one woman tells us her teenager came home to find open and the house cleaned out. >> what scared me the most is mowing that my daughter could have been here and they went to second home and somebody's daughter was there. glendale police say they hit two other homes near olive and 50th avenue. each time it loobltion like they hopped the fence, used a crowbar and backed the truck right up to the house. the get away driver is still out there. witnesses say he's in a black dodge truck with arizona cardinals license plate.
